Prices vary from $170+ to $360 by Credit card installments depending on customer’s baseline visceral and body fat levels and their goals. Book an appointment for a complimentary body Composition test to know your baseline.

How does the program include exercises?

It depends on individual goals, if the client’s goal is purely fat loss, exercise is not needed. However, if their goal is to have 6 pack abs, exercises will be programmed into by their coach.
